Please note the following:
a) 5 days notice is required from your requested suspension start date.
b) Suspensions must be a minimum of 7 days.
c) The start date and end date are to be inclusive of the period your membership is suspended.
d) You will receive a confirmation email within 5 days of submitting your request.
