With top-of-the-range reformer exercise machines, and 4 core classes focusing on different levels of training, whether you’re new to reformer Pilates or to the SRP family, we have the perfect offer for you!

What is Reformer Pilates?

“In 10 Sessions you’ll feel the difference, In 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, And in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.” – Joseph Pilates (inventor and promoter of the Pilates method of physical fitness).

Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates training, using a fully equipped Reformer machine. Different to Mat Pilates, the Reformer machine allows you to target specific muscle groups through body weight movements, utilising suspension springs built into the machine. Reformer training results in increased strength and muscle gain, body toning, and improved flexibility and mobility. Not to mention the benefits of increased cardiovascular capacity, and improved overall wellbeing & mental health. Anyone can give Reformer Pilates a go, and the noticeable progressions you make are addictive. Once you start, you’ll never want to stop!
